CURABLE ENROLMENT CONTRACT
Our mission at CURABLE is to educate and empower you to heal yourself from cancer holistically, and prevent recurrence. We do this by addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing. To achieve this, it is essential that you comply with the conditions of enrolment described in this contract. This contract is legally binding. Please only sign this contract and proceed with your enrolment if you are seriously committed to observing these conditions.
1. INDEMNITY
2. ATTENDANCE
(i) I will make every effort to attend all sessions for which I am enrolled, from the scheduled starting time until the scheduled finishing time.
(ii) If I am unable to attend a session, I will inform CURABLE at least 24 hours in advance.
(iii) For a missed webinar, I will be sent the course materials. I may book a one-on-one session with a CURABLE practitioner to cover the content of these materials.
3. FOLLOW-UP
(i) After each webinar, I will read through the course materials and watch the videos provided.
(ii) I will consider the suggested healing protocols and take responsibility for my decisions.
(iii) I understand and agree that all CURABLE original materials are protected by copyright, and that the course materials are exclusively for people enrolled in the CURABLE program and their carers.
4. COMMITMENT
(i) I will take a pro-active role in my healing.
(ii) I will read and be aware of the course contents shown on the CURABLE webpage.
(iii) I will complete and submit the CURABLE Client Profile Form before attending my first session. I will inform CURABLE immediately if there are any changes to my contact details. I will check my email at least once each day and respond promptly when requested to do so.
(iv) I will log in to my CURABLE account at least once each day, contemplate “Today’s Inspiration”, complete the “Daily Healing Journal” and “Daily Healing Tracker” and submit this data.
(vi) I will keep my CURABLE login details confidential.
(vii) If there are serious concerns about my healing progress, I may book a one-on-one session with a CURABLE practitioner.
5. PAYMENT OF FEES
(i) If I am paying the fees by weekly instalments, I will pay the first instalment at the time of enrolment. The balance of fees will be debited electronically each week for the following three weeks.
(ii) I will not be entitled to credit or refund for any booked sessions from which I am absent.
6. OTHER CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
(i) CURABLE reserves the right to cancel or change course schedules, days, times and presenters at any time.
(ii) By completing this contract or paying fees, I agree to comply with the conditions described in this contract.
(iii) CURABLE reserves the right to vary the conditions of this contract at any time and without notice.
