TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INDEMNITY
The services provided by Prior Education Australia Pty Ltd [PEA] are not intended to substitute for professional advice. For medical and other expert assistance, the client should seek support from competent professionals. PEA is not liable for any damages arising from or in connection with the use of or reliance on information provided. By paying any fees, the client is agreeing to take responsibility for their decisions and actions and that this overrides any claims made within the program.
2. ATTENDANCE
(i) The client must make every effort to attend all sessions for which they are enrolled, from the scheduled starting time until the scheduled finishing time.
(ii) For a missed webinar, the client may book and pay for a one-on-one session to cover the content of this session.
3. FOLLOW-UP
(i) After each webinar, the client will read through the course materials and watch the videos provided.
(ii) The client will consider the suggested healing protocols and take responsibility for their decisions.
(iii) The client agrees that all original materials provided are protected by copyright, and that the course materials are exclusively for people enrolled in the CURABLE program and their carers.
4. COMMITMENT
The client will:
(i) take a proactive role in their healing;
(ii) read and be aware of the course contents shown on the CURABLE webpage;
(iii) complete and submit the course Profile Form before attending their first session.
(iv) inform the course administrator immediately if there are any changes to their contact details;
(v) check their email at least once each day and respond promptly when requested to
do so;
(vi) keep their login details confidential.
5. PAYMENT OF FEES
(i) If the client is paying the fees by four instalments, once every two weeks, they will pay the first instalment at the time of enrolment. The three remaining instalments will be debited electronically at two-week intervals.
(ii) The client will not be entitled to a credit or refund for any booked sessions from which they are absent.
6. OTHER CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
(i) Prior Education Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change course schedules, days, times, presenters and practitioners at any time.
(ii) By paying any fees, the client is agreeing to comply with the conditions described in this contract.
(iii) Prior Education Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary the conditions of this contract at any time and without notice
